Laurel Siercy

Founder

The Alaska EMDR Network started with Laurel Siercy, our state representative. As EMDRIA grew, they removed those representatives; however, Laurel kept the EMDR community alive in Alaska with continued trainings and networking events.

Alex Lorian

Alexandra "Alex" Lorian quickly joined Laurel in supporting EMDR within Alaska, hosting many meetings in her office to help facilitate growth within the community.

Stacey Brown

Past President

In 2020, Stacey Brown was voted in as President of the network as Laurel and Alex moved into a mentorship role. Over the next five years, Stacey was instrumental in the formation of Alaska EMDR Network, Inc. as a non-profit organization. There was tremendous growth during her term with the development of a website, the launch of our provider directory, and multiple trainings provided by leaders in the field.
