What is your policy for refunds?
If requested more than 60 days from the event date, 75% of the ticket price minus any refunding fees will be returned.
If requested 30-60 days from the event date, 50% of the ticket price minus any refunding fees will be returned.
No refunds will be given within 30 days of the event date.
(New Policy established August 2025 for all event tickets sold on/after October 1, 2025)
What is your policy regarding training cancellations?
Any training cancelled by the presenter/trainer are, by contract, required to be rescheduled within one year or the presenter/trainer must provide a refund to cover the cost of ticket purchases.
What is your policy for complaints/disputes?
All issues presented in writing to the Network will be reviewed as a board and appropriate action will be voted on and completed.
